You can return items purchased from JANNIEBOUTIQUE for store credit within 5 business days of receiving them. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for their own return shipping expenses. Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery to our store address via postal service. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels.

Certain items such as clearance or final sales cannot qualify for exchange or store credit.

Returned items must meet specific criteria: they must include original tags and be in their original condition, unworn, free of odors, stains, self-tanner, and pet hair, and must include all original labels. Your order number must also be included with the return to process the store credit/exchange properly.

Please note that all zippers/buttons are inspected for functionality before shipping, and items are checked for damage/staining. JANNIEBOUTIQUE is not liable for any damage incurred during this process. If you receive damaged merchandise, you must email us within 24 hours at jannieboutiquellc@gmail.com, providing detailed photos. Our team will assist you promptly to find a suitable solution.
